I feel like I found this podcast at a crucial time in my life. I’m 5 months post partum with my second baby and everything just felt so overwhelming. My friend suggested this podcast and it is the thing I look forward to everyday. Each episode is packed with the most helpful material that has given me tools to tackle some of the big feelings I’ve been feeling lately. Leigh has a gift of making you feel like she is talking directly to you and I am such a huge fan of her and her podcast!
