財團法人基督教中國佈道會「你我都會變老，老了誰來照顧?」照顧需要的人力與財力從哪來?在老化過程又如何保持身心靈的健康與活躍? 這是一個你我逃不掉要面對的事實。2018年，台灣65歲以上老年人口已佔14%，屬於高齡(aged)國家。國發會推估2025年將到達20%，接近超高齡(super-aged)國家；2036年將高達28%，達到所謂極高齡(ultra-aged)國家。 面對高齡海嘯來襲，如何照顧長輩的身心靈，讓老有所依、老有所養、老有所終? 長期關懷並投入社會服務的中國佈道會，透過節目將聚焦於長期照顧的重大社會議題，邀集產官學界專家，探究分享長照的各個面向，為台灣的長照尋找出一條出路與方向，讓夕陽西下的銀髮族，迎向燦爛美好的幸福人生。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn

病痛教會我的事：在失去中看見自己
病痛來時，我們常問：「為什麼是我？」「我做錯什麼？」「是不是上帝在懲罰我？」病痛令人恐懼、無力，甚至是死亡的威脅。面對能治癒的病，我們積極治療；但是面對無法逆轉的病，我們需要的是 靈性的眼光。
不必急著替病痛找理由，不必告訴自己「應該如何」。嘗試練習自己與疾病對話，與病共存，甚至藉此重新認識自己。病痛雖是限制，卻可以成為你生命的老師，甚至成為祝福他人的力量。

九十多歲的阿嬤獨居在家，一位年輕的照服員來幫她預備午餐。
照服員:「阿嬤，今天中午喝南瓜濃湯喔。」
阿嬤:「好，把白色湯碗拿來。橘色湯配白碗，才好看。」
「阿嬤妳好會搭配喔。」
「哎呀，吃飯也要看得開心，這叫生活。」
阿嬤又說：「桌巾換成橘色那條。」接著，阿嬤放上一小籃麵包，摘兩朵小花插瓶，再點上小蠟燭。
「阿嬤，今天是在慶祝什麼嗎？」
「每天都能讓自己快樂，不用等節日啦。」
阿嬤又笑著說：「快樂不... more
孫子：「阿公，這雙溜冰鞋這麼破了，怎麼還留著啊？」
阿公：「唉呀! 這是你爸爸小時候我買給他的，阿公捨不得丟啊！」
孫子：「可是這溜冰鞋都壞了，而且….爸爸都五十歲了耶！」
生活中，我們或多或少都會「囤積」一些物品。明明是壞掉的、用不到的，甚至已經過去幾十年的東西，卻還是捨不得放手。
其實，整理的不只是物品，更是人與物、人與情的關係。那些丟不掉的東西，往往綁住的不是物，而是情感。當我們學會放下，財物不再束縛我們，心也能更自由，更清楚自己真正渴望的是什麼。

其實，放手，才能讓生命流動。放手，不是放棄，而是擺脫執念，學習恰如其分看待自己，不要高估或低估自己。理解什麼是自己應該在這個生命階段改放下的，像是財產、人際關係、健康、性愛、權力，好讓我們有空出來的手，做該做的事，甚至發揮特殊價值培養出不同的興趣嗜好。年長者傳遞經驗，讓出空間給年輕人的世代交替，贏得年輕人的尊敬。
