賴律師，您好：很喜歡聽您的節目，但是最近這二集有關高中生推徵事件，我有些看法與您及雷丘律師不一樣。俗話說「小時候偷摘果長大後偷牽牛」，雷丘律師說他小時候偷爸爸的錢被捉而遭到痛打一頓，因而不敢再犯。沒錯，人人小時候都會犯錯，但是沒有被糾正或懲罰的話，他會不會有了一次的經驗且沒事而再犯呢？那些犯罪的人不是也都一樣嗎？犯罪的膽子不是也是一而再的犯嗎？
有一部動漫「神奇柑仔店」值得推薦，裏面角色紅子（店主）她說過，一切的選擇都在於自己，做了怎樣的選擇就是要自己承擔。千萬不要再說小孩犯錯有那麼嚴重嗎？看看現在台灣詐騙那麼多，不是一開始就做了而沒有及時糾正。
