  • I keep interrupting Charlie to take notes

As a developer working mostly on my own products, I look for both education and inspiration in my podcasts. I’m picky. I’m technically savvy, business-savvy in theory more than practice & dislike waffle. I want to hear the stories behind products, get tips on the business side along with product design & tech.

I also don’t have a lot of podcast listening time as I don’t commute. (Cue my wife complaining about my DiY backlog, because there *should* have been a lot more podcast+gardening, podcast... more

  • Presenters Ego

Very poor content, annoying format and seems to mainly be an exercise in stroking and amplifying the presenters egos. Painfully listens to a couple of episodes before accepting it really was just awful.

90: Teleprompter Pro – Joe Allen

90: Teleprompter Pro – Joe Allen
Q: What led to the shift from upgrades to a subscription model, and how did you manage the transition with existing customers?
The shift came after realizing ongoing development and support required a sustainable model; they grandfathered existing customers, communicated clearly, and offered a lifetime option, prioritizing a smooth transition over urgent revenue goals.
90: Teleprompter Pro – Joe Allen
Q: Where are you from and what was your career backstory before Teleprompter Pro?

89: one sec - Frederik Riedel
Q: So what is OneSec, in your own words, and what is the elevator pitch you use to explain it to someone right away?
OneSec sits on top of your home screen and interrupts social apps when you try to open them, giving you a moment to decide to continue or choose a different action, which helps you think long-term rather than reflexively scrolling.
86: Swipe the cat – Adam Lyttle
Q: Who inspired you in the app development space?
Adam shares stories of other developers like Victor Seraleve and Jack Fricks, who have greatly impacted him with their journeys and philosophies.
