As a LatinO(no x here)this is a joke. If your therapy is efficient you don’t need to call your podcast something so cringe.

  • My favorite podcast at the moment!!!

I love this podcast, it is so informative and reminds me that it is okay to seek help with mental health. I can relate to a lot of the topics covered and it shows me that I am not alone! There are other people in situations like mine. I have especially enjoyed an episode that talked about enmeshment and one that talked about dreams. One more thing, through the podcast I have been exposed to therapists that I now follow on Instagram and I get to follow their amazing content. All in all thank you ... more
