最資深的廣播人、被稱為「民歌之母」的陶曉清老師，從十七、八歲進入廣播，一路做到八十歲。她走過乳癌、髖關節手術，也陪伴失智多年的另一半亮軒老師馬國光；她承認自己會老、會累、會害怕，也願意拿柺杖、坐輪椅，卻依然看戲、看展、旅行、跳舞、寫作、上課，甚至玩手機遊戲玩到勝負欲都來了！
她把這樣的人生，形容成五個字——「興沖沖地活」。
