  • Life changing for me

This podcast and the resources suggested by Ariel in it have changed the way I view sex and my sex life for the better! After 8 years of marriage my husband and I were feeling so discouraged by the difficulties we faced in our intimacy that sometimes we wanted to just “give up” on having mutually enjoyable sex be part of our marriage. After listening to this podcast, I’ve realized the many myths and ways of thinking that were preventing me from truly being able to sexually connect. I’m so gratef... more

  • You’ve Gained a Lifelong Listener!

I had a conversation with two friends and they shared how much they loved sex with their husbands. I was shocked to hear how enthusiastic they were about sex. This set me on a life changing course, learning to love myself and my sexuality. I came across this podcast while I was trying to figure out my own feelings about sex.

Ariel is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes a sometimes taboo topic feel safe and good! I look forward to each episode and continuing to become the most authentic version ... more

  • Love the insights and added perspectives!

Just finished the modesty culture episode and loved it! This conversation helped me reframe and develop a new perspective about the way I view myself, what I want to teach my kids, and how to have conversations about it. I appreciate the acknowledgement that’s it’s okay to disagree and keep in mind not to judge others because of their choices.

Modesty is less about what you’re wearing and more about how you are feeling and want to feel. “Our bodies are good, our bodies are a gift” and we are r... more

81: Owning Your Flow // Lisa Hendrickson-Jack

You are not broken by any means. This is a common thing that people experience. It's not normal. We want to get past the pain, but you're not broken and you're worthy of the investment of your sexual experience with your husband.
