30回目の今回は、山梨の小菅村にお伺いして、Far Yeast Brewingの山田司朗さんにお話をうかがいました。生産地から遊びにきてもらう場所に変貌しつつある多摩源流の小菅村。横には温泉もあって、体験醸造もできて、クラフトビールを堪能できる場所になっていました。五反田のタップルームもいいけれど、小菅村に足を伸ばしてみてもいいんじゃないでしょうか。
