Advice from podcast: Have good experiences working out vs. just getting through it because when this is over ‘I’m gonna feel so good.’

For me: So I’m not just going through the motions to check a task off the to-do list. It’s, ‘if I’m gonna do it, then will embrace the experiences during the process.” So, will pay more attention to how I’m placing focus. Focus more on exactly what I’m doing versus what I just need to get done. Asking ‘why’ I’m doing whatever it is I’m doing may help.

So, use fear as a catalyst to a... more
