I found the episode on Keto Brainz to be informative and very helpful. Already ordered a pack to try. Looking forward to following this show, introduced by the Keto Camp.
Was a great podcast but has dropped out of sight. Hasn’t posted a new episode in a month.
What a great interview on all things nutrition, environment and just trying to keep it real. Highly recommend, and thank you.
Chris’s discussions with his guests are so helpful and informative to me. Thank you for such enjoyable podcasts!!
I'm suseptable to becoming annoyed at crappy intro music so I'm glad this one opens and closes with a brief but pleasant and upbeat little ditty.
Chris keeps the guests and show on-point with relevant questions and anectdotes. It focuses on keto in a useful way that is lifestyle based. Chris has an excellent working knowledge of the subject without being dogmatic and is a good communicator and interviewer. Highly recommend the 'cast.
