  • Horrible

Seems like EWG has become a total lie. Also- babies dont shoot up drugs or have sex so Hep B shot is not necessary. It is given to make money and profit. Please fix EWG.. it tends to say something is rated 1 and safe and then you find out it is loaded with cancer causing substances. Has EWG gone to the dark side? Taking big fat satanic pharma money perhaps?

  • EWG Sold Out

It’s wild how the people who claim to “care about the planet” and “healthy living” go blind the second politics get involved. Trump Derangement Syndrome is real.

EWG used to stand for truth. Now they sound just like every other partisan mouthpiece—ignoring studies and evidence just because they don’t like who’s presenting it. That’s not science, that’s propaganda.

It’s crazy how fast integrity disappears when politics or funding are on the line.

  • Science under attack?

Science is great but the government should not be the only employer to the sciences. Why can’t you see that the private sector should be the primary source of revenues? Nonprofits and investors have a great role here. The US faces national security threats due to our continued trillions of dollars in deficits. Where would You balance the budget while keeping our country secure?

Democrats were MAHA before MAHA — Rep. Chellie Pingree unpacks the contradictions
Q: What do you think the post-committee process will look like, and is there room for protests or amendments on the floor?
The guest suggests that while floor activity is possible, much depends on negotiations, coalition dynamics, and whether poison pills can be removed, with a likelihood of partisan moves.
Democrats were MAHA before MAHA — Rep. Chellie Pingree unpacks the contradictions
Q: Have they been serious? Where have they been serious? Where have they been producing policy vaporware?
The guest characterizes the evaluation as mixed; some policy discussions show potential, but there is concern about whether MAHA translates into real, lasting reforms or remains rhetoric.
REVISIT: Protecting children from pesticides
Q: What was the key insight of the National Academy report regarding children and pesticide exposure?
Infants and children are not simply small adults; they have unique biology, higher exposure per body weight, rapid development, and long lifespans that amplify potential harm, necessitating special protections in policy and regulation.
David A. Graham on Project 2025's assault on American government
Q: Why did DOGE's approach work so effectively for Project 2025, and how did it influence the administration's pace and tactics?
The guest notes that DOGE provided a way to bypass traditional regulatory channels, introduce a sense of boldness and urgency, and push through changes faster than the ideological architects expected, while still facing legal challenges and need for bureaucratic cooperation.
David A. Graham on Project 2025's assault on American government
Q: As you were putting this together, what was the biggest surprise about Project 2025? And then how did you regard DOGE when it came about?
The guest explains that while they anticipated some policy shifts, the broad cultural agenda and the speed at which DOGE accelerated the plan were surprising, turning the project into a rapid, transformative push rather than a slow, policy-by-policy effort.
