I have been listening to KG for over a year and have enjoyed every podcast. She provides great info about the sport and motivation to get out the door or on the trainer. Although she lets Eric, her husband, speak periodically, they sound like a good fun couple. Keep the podcast coming and see you on the trail.

I was searching for a podcast from someone local and couldn't believe it when I found one from someone in my same city! I'm a huge fan of biking - mountain bikes, not road bikes - and I'm training for my first half marathon at the moment. KGurl is such an inspiration that I've now decided that a triathlon is now in my future. Informative, interesting, and I can't wait to catch up (I started at the beginning)!
