上周，我在哔哩哔哩等视频平台上线了《探访中国 100 个家庭》的第 10 期。这一次，我走进了 Alex（绝对是个妞）和大风的家庭。不知道有没有同学看过这期视频呢？看过的话，可以在留言区告诉我你们的反馈呀。
其实我已经看了很多评论，主要的反馈就是说：“哎呀可妈，这个剪得太短了，根本就没有看够呀！”
确实，每次探访我们都有十几个小时的素材，但最终只能呈现十几分钟。今年我想打破这个"魔咒"，把内容做长、做深，真正成为大家的"下饭菜"。

2025年，对于我们的小家庭，都是充满挑战的一年。
这一年我的丈夫（可爸）决定退出和我的自媒体创业夫妻档，从北京远赴深圳投奔导师开始读博之旅，同时带走了二胎中的弟弟，开启了北京深圳双城生活。
半年读博体验之后，我邀请他来分享一下读博的体验，以及带孩子的挑战、时间管理的自由度以及异地生活的感受，同时也讨论了网络舆论对婚姻的影响，以及如何调整生活优先级。尽管面临疲惫和挑战，但我们认为读博期间的灵活性和深圳的生活环境使这段经历相对轻松，希望给大家带来一些参考。

1985年10月4日出生于辽宁鞍山。6岁开始接触花样滑冰，早期在鞍山体育学校接受基础训练，展现出过人的柔韧性与冰上表现力。9岁时进入辽宁省专业队，随后加入国家青年队，接受系统化双人滑训练。1997年与张昊正式搭档，师从名教练姚滨，刻苦攻克高难度的抛跳、捻转等动作，在2006年都灵冬奥会上夺得双人滑银牌，创造中国花滑历史最佳成绩之一。
