Sadie is truly amazing. At her young age to be so wise, thoughtful, conscious and willing to support others is remarkable. I love this show for her little nuggets, insight and constant optimism, She isn’t afraid to have hard conversations, and by the end, you feel like you’ve been sitting across from your best friend who has been smiling at you and holding your hand. This is a must listen!
Just finished listening to the podcast with Courtney Swan and I learned sooo much! During the time I was listening, I was researching and taking notes on everything Paleo, while adding some delicious recipes to my Pinterest board! 😜 I can’t wait to start this journey and take my health back!
I want to thank Sadie and her guest for a great podcast. I had a long drive through the mountains, with snow no less, and the upbeat delivery and heatlhy information kept me happily on the road. Great podcast!
Sadie is as fresh and natural as the food she loves! And that love and enthusiasm comes through in this vibrant podcast. I hope to hear many more!
