上一期播客已经是2022年8月发布的了！时隔近一年，在阿北时不时的催促和老陈持续性的拖延之下，「 橘内人Insider 」终于再次更新了！（鼓掌！老陈抹泪自我感动ing）
2022下半年似乎是个充满改变与转折的时期：22年9月，老陈裸辞，之后一边准备美国互惠生项目（Au Pair Program）和澳洲打工度假签证（WHV visa），一边开启了近半年漫无目的的旅居生活；22年12月，因为疫情略显滞涩的城市、街道和公路又逐渐流通和活跃起来，重新散发出热闹的生命力；还有我们本期的嘉宾小魏，也在20... more
如题，「 计划赶不上变化 」这句话真的已经说腻了。尽管「 计划赶不上变化 」本就不是偶然事件，但疫情及其带来的连锁反应，似乎使得它成了生活的常态：
旅行计划一次又一次改期；开学时间一次又一次调整；考证安排一次又一次取消……明年房子要续租吗？留学 offer 要 defer 吗？还准备辞职吗？房子车子还要现在买吗？……

七月是一个塞满了生日、纪念日的月份，老陈、阿北以及身边很多朋友的生日都挤在了七月，我们的入职周年纪念日也在七月。
在这样一个充满了纪念意味和仪式感的月份，老陈和阿北请来了同样七月过生日的朋友「 竹子 」，趁着这个跨越一岁的档口，来聊一聊「 长大 」这回事。

小时候写作文，「 温柔 」似乎是个被用滥了的词，每个人身边好像都有很多值得用「 温柔 」来形容的人。但长大后细细一数，发现身边「 温柔 」的人不仅不多，甚至寥寥。「 温柔 」似乎成了稀罕物。

年前，老陈和阿北突然意识到，2022年我们就25岁了，而爸妈也已迈过50知天命的年纪。我们不知不觉中已经活过了爸妈一半的年岁。
我们突然感到好奇：- 我们的爸妈在25岁这个年纪，都在做些什么、想些什么呢？- 25年后的现在，50岁的他们又在思考些什么？- 再过25年，当他们75岁，我们50岁时，他们会有什么期待和担忧吗？
