Incredible range of conversations, from riding across continents, running adventures, elite running stories and everyday athletes. Harry has an effortless ability to build rapport with guests and allows them to tell their story. Has gotten me through many a weekend long run. Always look forward to the next instalment.
JOGON Mate!

I recently stumbled upon Harry on youtube and it’s been so enjoyable to watch all the Jog on videos. Really uplifting and motivating! I can’t wait to binge on the podcast during my next run!
I just learnt of Harry’s podcasts yesterday and have listened to the Becca Phillips and the Daniel Del Piccolo episode’s on a long drive and found them very interesting and useful, will hopefully help improve my running. Thanks Harry!
I have listened to many podcast episodes on ‘Jog On’ and I continue to thoroughly enjoy them. Harry has a lovely manner with his guests, providing anecdotal stories about his own running, that enables them to open up about their own personal running journey. Very polished and professional - keep up the great work.
I have but one gripe. Stop referring to “winning” and “racing” parkrun. Fine if you want to come first and great if you get a PB, but those behind you become losers if you won, and that’s not how parkrun works.
Other than that bit that makes me wince every time you say it, love this pod. Happy to recommend.
