剛剛聽到把「包租代管比喻成牛排餐廳」的說法，覺得哪裡怪怪的。牛排餐廳只是賣餐的終端，不會去影響整個牛肉市場價格；但包租代管如果大量收房、統一管理，確實有可能影響租金水準，進而改變整個市場的價格走勢。
更別說住房是民生必需品，跟吃不吃牛排這種選擇性消費比，性質真的差太多。
另外也有感受到主持人當下心裡的小問號（笑），其實如果有不同想法真的可以更勇敢說出來～多一點討論、多一點火花，節目會更有厚度，聽眾也更有收穫。很期待你們繼續帶來這種好聽又有內容的節目！

訂閱新書快讀兩個月後退訂，原因在於新書快讀的內容（十分鐘內）聽起來都像機器人在唸稿一樣，非常推薦可以聽聽天下文化-相信閱讀的節目裡面郝哥讀書，我覺得很棒的事並不只有把書裡面的內容做摘要而已，還把書內的最精華貫穿全書的概念再以自身的經驗比喻或解讀給聽眾，這樣聽起來更能夠理解該書想要表達的概念，在通勤上大大支持了充實自己的目的～～期許貴節目也可以做到這樣～
