剛剛聽到把「包租代管比喻成牛排餐廳」的說法，覺得哪裡怪怪的。牛排餐廳只是賣餐的終端，不會去影響整個牛肉市場價格；但包租代管如果大量收房、統一管理，確實有可能影響租金水準，進而改變整個市場的價格走勢。
更別說住房是民生必需品，跟吃不吃牛排這種選擇性消費比，性質真的差太多。
另外也有感受到主持人當下心裡的小問號（笑），其實如果有不同想法真的可以更勇敢說出來～多一點討論、多一點火花，節目會更有厚度，聽眾也更有收穫。很期待你們繼續帶來這種好聽又有內容的節目！
