私はまず2026年はジムの解約をしてから、自分に合う形の運動を模索することです。
模索したのち、実行に移すこと、そして無理ない範囲で続けることを宣言したいです。まあ見つかれば、の話であります。美味しいご飯を食べ続けたいので、頑張りたいですね。

12月なので特別に・・！！2週連続でPodcastを公開したいと思います。年末も近いですしね。今回は長めに収録してしまったので、前編・後編で分けてUPする形にしてみました。

放送作家を担当している私は、以前K-POPの古のオタクでした。解散前（涙）の東方神起、少女時代の全盛期は、私のオタク人生全盛期だったと言っても過言ではありません。
そして旅行代理店で働いていた私は、一時韓国には3ヶ月に1回、旅行に行っていたわけです。
そんな私を目の前にどうやら郡司さんは、韓国に視察旅行に行ってきたらしいのです。しかもソウルに。いいなあ。

もしかしたら久しぶりの郡司さん。郡司さんは2025年、たくさん海外に行かれたそうで、その時の話をたくさん聞かせてもらいました。これは2月ごろ行ってこられた時のお話しでございます。
「いや帰ってきた後にそういう話聞こうよ」
そのツッコミ、お待ちしておりました！おっしゃる通りなのです。けれども当時の我々Spiceメンバーは、絶賛クラウドファンディング中。そういったこともあり、なかなかお話しが聞けなかったわけです。
