随后我们走进苏联：在逼仄的赫鲁晓夫楼厨房里，水龙头的水声掩盖了持不同政见者的低语，几平米的空间成了思想的自由飞地。1959年，美苏冷战甚至在一间厨房样板间里爆发。尼克松与赫鲁晓夫那场著名的“厨房辩论”，让厨房成了意识形态的战场。
