Recently I (Michelle Thielen) was a guest on J’s podcast. Despite never meeting, I felt like kindred spirits and like I had known him for a long time. I’m sure I speak for many, if not all, guests and listeners, J is awesome for many reasons, but one that stands out is that he is inclusive and shows kindness and compassion towards all, even when on opposite sides of a view.

J Brown is a very problematic “yoga” teacher. He allows for tons of misinformation on his podcasts, rarely pushes back against guests, and only surrounds himself with people that nod blindly along with him in his weekly teacher calls.
There are better teachers, podcasters, and podcasts out there to support. Don’t waste your time on this nonsense dressed up as yoga.
I rarely review however I just ‘met’ you on the On & Off your Mat podcast: Less is More, Gentle is advanced. Thank you. Thank you for sharing your story, your thoughts, you life essentially.
