I can’t rate this podcast highly enough. Penny & Angie bring so much honesty & heart, with the perfect mix of insight and humour. These episodes are hugely informative with real practical tips for OCD sufferers and their families/friends. Thank you for being so vulnerable and offering sufferers hope, while also helping everyone else better understand OCD.❤️
