    I absolutely adore this podcast - so informative and knowledgeable. Every single guest brings such a unique and knowledgeable perspective and it touches on so many important topics. Alex creates such a safe space within her interview. Amazing to see women coming together and uplifting each other! I would recommend this for anyone to listen too.

    This podcast is just what we as women need! At 33 and I’m still learning things about my body, and period that should have been taught to me by default when I was growing up. And so many of the women I know are in the same position!
