Great content but please look into your sound mixing! Often times it sounds like your voice is behind the background music and it makes it hard to make out what you are saying. Get those levels up!

E371 Emma Witkowski: Nostalgia Is Resonating Now More Than Ever
Q: What are the key things you keep in mind when building content for the target audience?
We start from our IP portfolio and ensure content spans multiple ages and interests, building franchises end-to-end with a focus on longevity, trust, and bridging generations through nostalgia.
E367 Glenn Ginsburg: The Most Successful Campaigns Don’t Stop at Creators; They Spark Participation
Q: What's your favorite concert or event you've attended and why does that matter to your work in creator marketing?
The best moments come when you've witnessed a movement or community come alive around a shared culture, such as early- career creators turning into full-fledged studios or brands leveraging those moments to create enduring, culturally resonant campaigns. These moments illustrate the potential of creators to shape lasting engagement beyond a single campaign.
E367 Glenn Ginsburg: The Most Successful Campaigns Don’t Stop at Creators; They Spark Participation
Q: What do you see as the next big unlock for the Creator economy, and what holds it back from being even bigger?
The creator economy is accelerating as brands move toward enterprise-level partnerships and integrate creators into broader business systems. The main challenges are coordination across many moving parts and maintaining authenticity while executing at scale, but the momentum is toward more sustained, integrated collaboration.
E367 Glenn Ginsburg: The Most Successful Campaigns Don’t Stop at Creators; They Spark Participation
Q: Glenn, thanks for joining. I want to start with process, because I think sometimes people ask me to kind of get, to break the fourth wall. What goes into your campaign process from the beginning?
The process starts with identifying the target communities on social platforms, then selecting creators who speak to those communities, analyzing each creator's library to determine the best format, and finally layering brand storytelling into that format while staying true to the creator's audience. This approach ensures authenticity at scale and aligns with clear campaign goals.
E373 Asha Shivaji: The SeeMe Index
Q: Any numbers, figures, things that surprised you this time around?
We observed increases in plus-size representation and continued gaps in deep-skin-tone representation; plus-size talent was 6% with a notable portion non-white, while deep skin tones remained underrepresented and underexposed, signaling ongoing room for growth.
