come accross as unprepared and not enthusiastic. also they don’t understand how deffered money works. will come back later but thd lack of professionalism is disappointing in a big way
scott sounds like he doesn’t even wAnt to wake up to do the podcast
As he has since the inception of Inside the Monster, Joey kills it week in and week out. With that said, I am not a fan of this new iteration of the podcast. In my personal opinion, Scott takes away more than he adds from the show. He is often times condescending and his analysis is poor. Since one co-host weighs down the show, I have to give it a two and a half.
These guys are hilarious and also can be serious about the game of baseball. I’m a huge Sox fan and want to podcast and you guys are setting the example. Keeping the vibes up and having a good time. It was great listening.
Joey I love ya but your new partner is unbearable to listen to. Kid thinks he knows absolutely everything about the Sox and yet he’s unable to have a normal back and forth conversation. Just my thoughts….Go Sox.
I know you can’t us the empty the bench anymore and you didn’t like it anyway. What about calling it “The Dugout Dump”?

This show offers high-energy, unabashed baseball discourse focused on a Boston-based team. Episodes mix game-by-game breakdowns, lineup debates, and injury updates with candid banter, personal stories, and listener-influenced topics. Across samples, the hosts weigh analytics against intuition, roast missteps, celebrate standout performances, and speculate on trades and roster reshaping, all while maintaining a humorous, opinionated tone. A notable angle is the emphasis on team identity, front-office moves, and the balance between short-term results and long-term rebuilding. This combination of sharp baseball analysis, fan culture humor, and provocative takes makes it especially engaging for devoted Sox fans seeking both insight and entertai... more
