Bald Move is my go to for deep diving into my favorite shows so I was so happy to see them covering The Pitt!
I’ve been following them since Breaking Bad (still miss that show 😫) and they are the BEST in the biz!
I highly recommend this instead of the official podcast if you want to actually hear insights about the pit because unlike the official one they do critique things and go more in depth than just saying they love plotlines! The jokes aren’t hilarious but I love their honesty and deep dives and speculation!
No hate to Jim, but he is better as a second fiddle to A. Ron than he is as the host. A. Ron is great at inserting the funny bits that drive the pod, and Jim is great at bouncing off of A. Ron’s takes. Maybe that’s just me, but if A. Ron is gone I’d rather wait for his take than have Jim and a cohost who is just lukewarm on the show.
Great show, great podcast!

Two hosts provide long-form, analytical discussions and debates about a Pittsburgh-set medical drama, pairing rigorous episode-by-episode critique with behind-the-scenes production notes, ethics debates, and cultural references. The show blends character-driven analysis with real-world commentary on healthcare systems, hospital dynamics, and pop-culture callbacks, all delivered with humor and sharp banter. Noteworthy is the consistency of two primary hosts who bring complementary tones, occasional guests, and a bias toward thoughtful critique over surface-level reactions, making it appealing for listeners who want depth, context, and a strong sense of community around a serialized drama.
