Guys. Carol is the unhappiest person on POST-TAKEOVER Earth. She’s the only unabsorbed human, apparently, who isn’t cool with what has happened. The show’s tag line doesn’t apply to her in pre-absorbed earth. Surprised you missed the point.
I like a lot of what these guys throw out, but they can’t help to include their liberal logic in their reviews and their hate for Donald Trump screams that they suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome. A.Ron is too full of himself.
I just listened to an older episode to learn a little something about a movie I want to watch. I am always disappointed with podcasters who don’t bother to learn how to pronounce the names of people they discuss, and generally don’t do their homework to prepare for the episode. I can look at IMDB myself.
Listening to these guys is like sitting down with 2 of your best friends and talking media. Only independent podcasters could afford to be so candid.
Been listening to these guys for close to a decade. No pretense now or then, but it’s been a great experience hearing their critical voices mature and their points-of-view expand. They are genuine and decent—which is why a few pissbabies accuse them of being “woke”—but they only touch on things that could be considered political to the extent that the content they’re reviewing demands it. And if you’re a pathetic little redhat pissbaby, I’m sure they’d rather you go somewhere else anyway.
