Little by little, we’ve handed our choices to machine intelligences: social media feeds, chatbots, dating apps – each quietly shaping our thoughts and decisions. Author and technologist Tobias Rose-Stockwell examines how these tools are rewiring what it means to be human: what we gain, what we lose, and what we should fight to hold on to. tobias.substack.com

  • Time to take that red pill

Tobias is one of the few thinkers who truly understand how social media has reshaped our ability to make sense of the world, and how the information itself is evolving in the age of the algorithms. Today, the machine often understands us better than we understand ourselves. The only way to navigate this brave new world and the associated existential risk is for us to learn how the machine works. This podcast is the best compass for that journey.
