    I urge all swing dancers to check out this podcast.

    Bobby and Chisomo cover some really important content that is critical for the dance community to think about, but they do it in such a relaxed and enjoyable way.

    I always look toward to a new episode when it pops up in my queue.

I wanted to spend time figuring out my identity as a parent, which changed my focus when I was out dancing. Now, I find joy in both parenting and dancing and try to integrate them.
