Todd’s podcast is a great resource. As someone who straddles a multitude of responsibilities that sometimes seem at odds with one another, it’s easy to feel spread too thin to invest emotion and engagement into every facet of every project. Hearing Todd and his guests discuss their own projects and how to bear down and focus on what’s in front of them and how that relates to their grander strategy or vision is extremely helpful for those of us who have trouble seeing both short and long term goa... more

I'm inspired to be more intentional.
I loved how Todd really shows how a company can be an attractive work place that everyone will enjoy. He tells it so you are never bored and are always ready for more.
I may be a bit biased, Todd is my son, so of course this is the best pod---I mean Toddcast about business and employee engagement.
The gentleman Todd Reed has done it again! When I met him a little over a year ago I found him to be friendly, engaging and extremely helpful. I heard about his podcast, checked it out and love it. His message is powerful and I hope decision makers are listening and taking appropriate action. Keep it up Todd, the world needs more people like you.
Todd mentions at the start of every podcast that 70% of employees are not engaged in their work. Listen and learn how to make your team part of the 30%!
This podcast is great. Todd is doing something that is really useful for people who want to approach business in better ways.
Todd never fails to show up in business as inspired, helpful and eager to make positive connections. I can't wait to hear more from him!
I have had the privilege of speaking with Todd and I know for fact that he is very intentional and precise in what he does. This show has developed wonderfully and I'm excited to see where he takes it next. Because Todd is sticking to what he knows best and what truly drives him the show is fantastic. Keep up the great work I look for to hearing more episodes.
I am a mid-level executive at a large national company and I lead a team of around 40 people. The first few episodes had some great nuggets to help me be a better leader. The host's enthusiasm for the topic is contagious, and I like how he describes himself as a student looking to share what he learns. Looking forward to more episodes!
I love this topic and can't believe more companies don't practice open book management. I am looking forward to hearing more about Zingermann's and from other leaders who approach business this way. I love the thought that you should make work a place where your customers and your employees want to come.
We struggle with keeping our employees engaged. This podcast is exactly what we need to help keep us focused on creating an environment where our employees want to do more than exist and just take home a paycheck.
We look forward to more episodes.
