  • A big nothing burger under a pile of word salad

To paraphrase: everyone both inside and outside of Christianity gives different definitions for words, so you should just listen to MY definition because I’m telling you my interpretation of the Bible is right. 🙄🤦🙄 Every cult leader says that.

  • Great theology

I have been listening to Janet Parshall for over 10 years now, she really helped shaped my theology and open my eyes to the crisis in the Middle East. Her reminder to have the Bible in one hand and newspaper in the other is very prevalent and Janet’s show provides quality guests, great commentary, and encouragement for Christians around the world. I listen to many podcasts now, but no one feels like home like in the market with Janet Parshall.

By treating being an athlete and a student as intertwined, using daily, small improvements in training and study to enable both paths to progress without one negating the other.
Hour 2: The 2% Way
Q: What is the 2% way and how did it originate for you?
It started as a coaching mindset in football—improving a little bit each day, 2% at a time—then I extrapolated it to every aspect of life, from academics to medicine to faith.

Chip explains that the book has served as a guiding light since its first publication, influencing how he lives and leads, and that updating it allowed him to refresh the examples and applications for a new era of readers.

Q: What does a life worth living look like after such a loss, and how did you rebuild your priorities?
Even though my son died by suicide, God still had plans for me; I embraced the 'even though' mindset, shifted priorities to faith, family, and meaningful kingdom work, and found purpose through Grief and Hope.
