Fantastisk, lærerik og morsom podcast.
I would just like to say something about Liam, I have been watching Liam’s channel (The Plant Slant), I have been self conscious about my body for years and I tried many “Healthy Lifestyles” and it was awful and sometimes I felt like just quitting being healthy, but when I started watching Liam, I immediately realized that I do not need to punish myself for having a large body. I’m disappointed with how many recent episodes have barely touched moderate eating and fitness. In a world telling us not to eat processed foods, how do we handle the need for convenient options like premade salads, hummus, breads (even ones with added sugar or ingredients). And how to be smart about costs of those items with inflation crippling. Tips for cooking for one with no waste? Calorie aware but not obsessive? Gels for running or a waste of precious $$$?
Such a great podcast. Love the Canadian content.
I’m so sad I just made it through all the episodes! I wish you did more than once a week!
