Ilya explains in everyday language Russian expressions. It is fun and educational and entirely free. Thank you, Ilya.
I love the pace he speaks and the way he explains russian idioms. Sticking to small phrases helps me follow along with my basic Russian so it can improve.

The author has created an excellent teaching tool. 10-12 minutes is perfect...not too much, not too little. Like all the good language teachers I've ever had, he explains meanings/concepts in several different ways, which further deepens the student's vocabulary. HIs pace of speech is just right...not too fast but still natural and challenges the non-native Russian speaker to keep up. Please keep it up! I listen to them on my drive into work, and they are great!
This podcast is essentially 100 percent in Russian. The author does an excellent job of explaining Russian words using Russian. My comprehension improved a lot by listening .
