台灣體格最壯、體重最重的猛禽——熊鷹，因棲息於深山密林、滯空時間短、族群稀少，成為最難觀察、最神祕的台灣猛禽之一。台灣猛禽研究會（以下簡稱猛禽會）於10月31日在草山猛禽中心推出「熊鷹－尋．閃現長空的白羽」特展，集結多方累積的珍貴資料，帶領觀眾一窺這群「閃現長空」的白色身影。
展覽內容融合屏東科技大學孫元勳教授的研究成果、導演梁皆得的影像紀錄，以及猛禽會的調查與救傷資料，完整呈現熊鷹的名稱、外觀辨識特徵，並揭露牠們獨特的獵食行為，同時透過追蹤研究與巢位直播畫面，生動還原熊鷹的棲息樣貌。

東引，中華民國最北端的島嶼，即使在馬祖解除戰地任務後，這裡依然是重要的國防前線。從遍布島嶼的碉堡、據點與坑道，到忠誠門上的精神標語和士兵雕像，處處都在訴說著這座邊境之島的戰地記憶。
然而，隨著駐軍裁撤、軍人數量減少，島上的經濟也面臨轉型，從仰賴軍人消費的年代，轉為迎接觀光客。可惜的是，受限於交通船班，造訪東引的旅客人數始終有限，也使地方發展面臨挑戰。

因為馬祖位於東亞候鳥遷徙線上，是許多鳥類北返南遷時的重要中繼站，春過境、秋過境、夏候鳥與冬候鳥，一年四季都能看見不同鳥類的身影。這片島嶼也因豐富的鳥類資源，成為賞鳥與觀察自然的新亮點。
