  • Shallow

It doesn’t matter to them if they have anything original to say. They’re talking to themselves not us. Disconnected.

  • Bad People Aren’t Funny

I will not be listening to this podcast anymore now that I have had the opportunity to find out that every red flag about how problematic Jenny Slate is happens to be true. I tried to brush it off because she makes light of her behavior so much, but now that I see the actions she chose to take in the Blake Lively case… her world hold zero truth and zero humor.

Jenny Slate has shown us with her actions that she can be bought and had by famous people.

The Swearfinger (w/ Ed Helms)
Q: What was your Snafu, Jen?
Jenny Slate talks humorously about her experience with Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette fleeing during the French Revolution, focusing on the absurdity of their escape attempt.
The Swearfinger (w/ Ed Helms)
Q: If your dad's making a dish, I'm eating it and I'm excited about it. I'm that guest. I'm just going to dive in with enthusiasm.
Ed expresses his willingness to try the dish his partner's dad makes enthusiastically, despite his personal preferences.
Bomb Ogent (w/ Joe Mande)
Q: What do you think? Do you think there is a right way to get off of a plane?
The hosts generally believe that standing to exit row by row is correct, as rushing creates chaos.
A Necklace That’s A Wife (w/ Kumail Nanjiani)
Q: How would you best approach talking to your mother-in-law about her needing a knee replacement without sounding condescending?
Show her she's valued and precious while addressing her health needs with empathy. Emphasize care and offer support.
Little Grandmothers (w/ Jason Mantzoukas)
Q: What's your feeling on a fast exit from a party, Jason?
I like a French exit, especially if it's a big party; I don't want to have to go around and say goodbye to people.
