  • Good guests, good content, mediocre interviewer. Constant interrupting and talking over guests so you cannot hear what the guest is saying. Less unnecessary interjections would help tremendously.

An incredible podcast - not a single episode has failed to live up to the hype. Dave’s super conversational style has me feeling like a fly on the wall during these deep talks with folks who are not just successful leaders, but more importantly all-around decent people.

Q: What role has mentorship and networking played in your journey, and how do you cultivate those relationships over time?

Q: You talk a lot about the importance of conviction and prototype testing with investors. How do you know when to push forward versus pause?
We test early with a prototype to demonstrate the concept, then assess investor reaction. If the story and prototype don't convince, we double down on improving the product and narrative until the conviction is strong enough to deserve the next milestone.
