Begins with nostalgia. Our NIL is #27 and needs to level up significantly. Then we talk about Demond being key to season. Do we have skill guys who can make clutch plays in tight games? Special Teams will be much improved. Defense will take a step.

UW Recruiting is surging. Fisch's 3rd year class is superior to Pete's 3rd class. Can UW push into the top 20 in metrics? And more steak talk.

We recap the victory over Illinois, discuss the emergence of Roebuck & Rainey-Sale and the good position we are in. We answer questions and discuss steaks and Seattle restaurants.

UW's season and Fischs future may or may not be hanging in the balance. A win and UW should be able to get to 8-2 by UCLA game. The AD needs to handle the Fisch situation as his departure would set the program on a painful rebuild.

  • It’s a Husky podcast, so there’s that...

At this point, I’ve got to redo my review. Three years of torture because I love listening to all things Dawgs, this show no longer works. Both hosts are incredibly negative (can’t imagine how their family and friends deal). Anytime one tries to say something positive about the team (which is very rare), the other comes in with more criticism. If they weren’t doing a podcast about the Huskies, you’d never know they are actually “fans”. Jimmy continues to seem entirely disinterested in doing the ... more

Why did we get rid of the guy? Was starting to feel like West Coast dominance was imminent. Hope we can get Wilcox or promote Gregory if not Stoops. Awesome pod

  • Turn Jimmy’s voice down lol

Jimmy’s voice is quite a few notches higher than Chester‘s voice. It makes it hard to listen when I’m driving on the freeway is because I have to turn it up to hear Chester but when Jimmy talks I go deaf because it’s so loud. Thank you

UW Recruiting Surges & UCLA Preview
Q: Do you believe Jordan Washington can be a RB1 next year?
The hosts express differing opinions, with one believing Muhammad will remain the main back while another thinks Washington has potential.
Ohio St Preview
Q: What makes you think the young Ohio State quarterback will be affected by the crowd?
Historically, young quarterbacks making their first starts in noisy environments like Husky stadium usually struggle to perform well.
Ohio St Preview
Q: What must Washington do aside from winning to have a positive outcome for the game?
They need to compete closely for the entire game, ideally keeping the score close to show they belong on the same field with Ohio State.
UW is Offseason National Championship Contender
Q: What changes, improvements do you expect with the new defensive coordinator?
Hopefully better. I had high hopes for the defense last year, and I want to see fewer bigger plays. We need to play better as a unit and get creative on pressure.
USC Recap Penn St Preview
Q: If either of you were at the game, how sad do you think USC looks as a program right now?
They definitely look sad as their turnout was low and there wasn't much energy on the sidelines.
