  • Content 5 stars- Audio 2 stars

I really enjoy the topics, host and guest speakers however the audio is unlistenable. I am not sure if it’s a mic issue but before every speaker, you can hear their inhale almost as a very loud distracting gasp. I have to turn off every episode that it happens on. Which is a shame because the content is so great. I listen to a lot of content and have not heard this on other pods.

Q: What is the ROI of leading with heart and being a good person in leadership?
The episode argues that the ROI includes lower attrition, higher retention of high performers, stronger referrals, more innovation, better connectivity, and overall organizational longevity.
Hacking HR: What’s Actually Next for Work, Tech and People
Q: What should HR practitioners be teaching themselves beyond AI?
HR should pursue edges outside their traditional domain—gaining cross-disciplinary knowledge (e.g., with engineers, marketers, or sales) to add unique value and leverage AI as a tool rather than a crutch.
Hacking HR: What’s Actually Next for Work, Tech and People
Q: What changes do you think are real versus noise in the future of work?
