  • Nice to hear from real L&D professionals about leadership dev

    Though there’s only one ep so far, the format is nice and the host is great. I love how the show has a real L&D professional talking about leadership development. There are tons of podcasts out there about leadership and many about L&D but I haven’t previously found one specific to building leaders WITHIN your organization as an L&D leader. I hope future episodes dig in to leadership programs of different shapes and sizes, like new manager cohorts, working with frontline staff, deskless workers,... more
