    I have really grown to love this podcast, Emilie is fantastic! She gives such practical small steps for mental health. Best podcast on this type of subject (in my opinion). I also pay for her Doddle hypnosis app and that is well worth it! I turn to this podcast a lot. Thanks Emilie!
