  • Huge Fan

I was searching for episodes on childhood neglect when I found this. I made what turned out to be a great decision to listen to the very first episode. I was initially turned off by the narrator as she at times seemed uncomfortable and had this nervous giggle. I continued listening however. She’s real. And she’s brave enough to share her own traumatic past with the world. I adore her nervous little giggle now - it makes me smile.

  • Free Counseling

This podcast has been super helpful for me. I have some very toxic behaviors that I knew I had but didn’t know how to change. This has been a saving grace for me. My husband deals with me so well, but I can’t wait to apply some of these tips to my marriage. Thank you so much!<3

  • Relatable & Vulnerable

Natasha is super knowledgeable & you can feel her passion when listening to her speak. There are so many variables and extremes when it comes to mental health, coping & being aware. Natasha broke it down simply & allowed herself to be vulnerable providing personal scenarios which allows you to relate more to what she is saying and I felt it was easier to apply in my own situations, I appreciate her being open and allowing us to see portions of her life through words! Can’t wait for more episodes... more

  • Breaking down boundaries

Natasha broke down boundaries in such a clear and simple way. One thing she said that really opened my eyes was that boundary issues stem from a misguided attempt on your part to feel loved. I loved that she made it so easy to understand. Can’t wait for more topics! You go girl!
