  • An incredible resource for survivors

    This has quickly become one of my favourite podcasts to listen to. Dawn is such a great host, she is gifted at holding safe space for her guests and allowing the stories to unfold in such a gentle and organic manner, not easy to do given the delicate subject matter but she does it masterfully. As a survivor of CPTSD it is so healing to hear others courageously share their stories and experiences, it’s very inspiring and all have messages of hope.
