The podcast is amazing. If you ever seen the documentary of Hostage to the Devil you will get addicted to this podcast. Can't wait for more episodes as well as, hopefully, the second documentary. I also highly recommend the book
Raised by a strict Roman Catholic from a long line of Jesuits (my father was born in 1909), but born in 1966, last of the siblings. I’ve had my issues with the church throughout my life, I do not throw the baby out with the murky water of misogyny & forced assimilation (& genocide) of indigenous. Really enjoyed listening to this, only annoyed that I have found it after its been removed from Netflix here in the UK. Hopefully I will be able to find it somewhere else or it will return soon! Good luck with the second season I will be listening.
