Ich bin schon früh (47) in die Wechseljahre gekommen und habe Gott sei‘ Dank einen Gynäkologen, der mir ohne zu zögern Hormone verschrieben hat. Darunter ging es mir sofort deutlich besser. Ich litt unter Schlafstörungen, Hitzewallungen, Aggressionen und war nah am Wasser gebaut. Vor kurzem (53) setzten plötzlich wieder Schlafstörungen ein. Meine Hausärztin und mein Neurologe wollten diese mit Schlafmitteln und Antidepressiva behandeln. Nichts davon fühlte sich richtig an. Ich nahm nochmal Konta... more
