Lieben Dank für den Podcast. Ich lerne Geduld mit mir zu haben und dass auch Ärztinnen keine schnellen Wunder bewirken können. Aber Sie beide geben Vertrauen und das durch sachliche Information.
Selbstbeobachtung ist wichtig um Muster zu erkennen, die Symptome verstärken.
Dachte immer, der ganze „Kram „ wäre in der Postmenopause Geschichte.
Wir Frauen wurden oft abgespeist und leider scheint das noch immer real zu sein. Arztwechsel war angesagt.
