I’m grateful for a God centered podcast to help with the struggles of mental health.
Carrie offers hopeful alternatives to OCD (e.g.: rewriting your “story”). This professional cares - enough to offer free, monthly support meetings, at the moment.
She also has a paid, virtual course in ICBT.
It helps Christians (for whom mental health is often misunderstood) but could also help anybody struggling with OCD.
Grateful for a podcast that offers a Christian view on OCD. It’s hard enough finding support and information on OCD but add on navigating that as a Christian and the pool of support and information gets even smaller. I’m thankful I found this podcast and can listen with peace of mind knowing the information will honor my Christian values.
This show has given me so much hope for the issues I am struggling with. Right now I do not have health insurance so finding someone who actually focuses on treatment of OCD is hard. So I have yet to be diagnosed properly but this show has been a God send to be able to know I am not alone and to find some resources to work some on my own towards healing.
One day I searched podcasts about OCD and faith. I cried after listening to one of the podcasts for the first time. I have struggled to find Christ centered resources on OCD. Carrie provides great resources to help you remember who you are in Christ while working through OCD. I highly recommend her podcast and other resources, like her Freedom from OCD through ICBT seminar.
