Why Higher Rates Don’t Always Mean Higher Revenue (Jesse Walters)
Q: How do you think about rates in conjunction to revenue?
Rates often equal stress to me. If you manage rates well and say no to certain clients, you can reduce stress significantly on your team and improve overall care quality.
Why Higher Rates Don’t Always Mean Higher Revenue (Jesse Walters)
Q: How many times have you raised your rates since then?
We've done it twice so far. Initially, we raised rates significantly when I took over, and then we performed another smaller adjustment based on market conditions.
Why Higher Rates Don’t Always Mean Higher Revenue (Jesse Walters)
Q: What lit you up to go out and seek out a home care company to acquire?
After considering retirement, a talented woman in the industry reached out, expressing her frustration with her current company and a desire to partner with me if I found something to acquire. This rekindled my interest in the home care industry, leading me to reach out to a company I had previously wanted to acquire.
Home Care Leaders Are Sleeping on Social Media (Nick Bonitatibus)
Q: What should CEOs focus on to build their personal brand on LinkedIn?
They should connect with their existing network and post unique, personal content to stand out.
Home Care Leaders Are Sleeping on Social Media (Nick Bonitatibus)
Q: What do you say to skeptics opting out of LinkedIn?
I explain that not having a personal brand is like a business lacking a website; it's critical for growth.
