  • Breath of fresh air

When I’m looking for “lift me up” when my heart is heavy, I open this podcast. She is whimsical, and authentic. She dives deep and can get raw, but is also playful and free. I don’t know how she balances it, but it really works for me. I am not witchy but I am spiritually-curious. She comes from a place of love and it shows through out her podcasts and products.
