John, Will and Perry are superb musicians and great teachers. In the first year of their podcast, they spoke with a number of world class guitar players about their lives and their music. more
These guys are masters by themselves, all amazing players I have followed for a while, but when I saw the list of their guests, they definitely got my interest, especially with people like Leo Amuedo and John Stowell, 2 of my favorite players who definitely need to be heard by more people. Keep up the good work! Not as silly as Guitar Wank (love those those guys, too) but honest, good questions, good story telling. Thanks, New West Guys!
I'm a subscriber from south korea. I love hearing from these great guitar players. My only complain is that it could have been even better if there was common questions for all the guitarists about their strings, picks and guitars. I love when Bruce forman talking about his strings and when Anthony Wilson about his picks. Also maybe about their thoughts on feel and touch on guitar.
I’ve really been enjoying this podcast. It’s artists talking with artists. They’ve introduced me to some great jazz guitarists I didn’t know, and interviewed some of my favorite guitarists. Good show layout and editing too.
Thanks for joining us, we love producing the series!
