  • So supportive

I can’t thank people like you enough. You are a reasonable voice among the noise and so informative. I appreciate your humility as a learner, your passion for healing, and your care for your listeners and patients. Hashimotos is a hard journey, and especially because it is a long one, it’s so meaningful to have content to listen to about it. I’m not crazy, I’m not the only one, it’s sadly common to confuse allopathic medicine, and there is hope. Thank you thank you thank you for your support!

  • Informative and Digestible!

  • Great Info

Really appreciate your careful thought regarding topics and details provided. Working on eliminating a horrible flare up of inflammation throughout my body. Crawling out of this since February. That was what stress can do for Hashimotos!

  • Boring

This podcast has good information but it is dry and didn’t hold my attention. The hosts constant sniffing is hard to listen too.
