Just listened to the Savannah episode and feel disturbed by the host’s delivery and the ridiculous voices. What’s the point of this? It’s retrograde to sensationalize the tragedy of young women dying young in the sex industry. Such a missed opportunity for something deeper. Very dated devolved style. Cringe.
I like the story, but why all the echoing after every sentence? It is so jarring!
The overuse of corny music and badly done voice reenactments take away from what could have been a really interesting docuseries.
Find this topic interesting so was excited to hear the podcast, but after trying three separate times, I can’t handle the weird sound effects or the monotone monologue of the host. Could be great with a new editor!
The story is really interesting, but the host’s sing-song “I don’t really care do u?” delivery is incredibly annoying and the actors supplying the voices are cringe-worthy bad.
