  • Great Podcast but speaks over guests so much

I have been such a big fan of Izzy and still am! I do love this podcast but have started to notice that Izzy talks over her guests so much to the point it’s so hard to listen because it’s so frustrating. A big one was with guess Jasmine Tavares who bravely shared her sexual identity, she even said herself that she’s never come out as bisexual on social media and thus could have been a beautiful moment for her to safely share this as well as a beautiful moment for those who really needed to hear ... more

Online Drama, Dating & Staying Authentic | Q&A with Izzy!
Q: Any updates or anything come true based off your psychic you saw before you went away?
She shares that some predictions did come true, such as extended time away planned into late summer and a general sense of events unfolding later in the year, with attention and romance expected to pick up around July/August.
Your Boy Problems & Friendship Breakdowns | Help Me Out
Q: My best friend of 12 years has drifted; she's distant and often busy, making me feel like I'm asking for too much. How do I decide if I should keep trying or step back?
Honor your own needs and set boundaries around what you're willing to invest. If consistent effort isn't reciprocated, it can be healthier to reduce the emotional strain and expand your social circle to include other close friends so you're not relying on one person for everything.
Your Boy Problems & Friendship Breakdowns | Help Me Out
Q: I feel like whenever I start speaking to a guy, I only begin to like them when they leave. How can I break that pattern in the moment and open up?
Acknowledge the pattern out loud, communicate your fears to the person early, and practice stepping into your feelings in small, low-stakes moments so you don't retreat when it gets real. Therapy or talking with a trusted friend can help, but start with honest conversations and give yourself permission to feel now rather than wait for them to be gone.
The outfits men hate (but we love) + Am I the asshole? with Riley
Q: Am I the asshole for protecting my peace and not letting an old friend back into my life after years of toxic behavior?
The hosts firmly conclude that the caller is not the asshole; prioritizing personal peace and boundaries is valid, even after a long friendship, and it's acceptable to keep someone at arm's length if the relationship is not serving you.
Jacquie Alexander Is Finally on the Pod!
Q: But first, give us a Hear Me Out girl.
Jacquie introduces herself and ushers in the recurring Hear Me Out segment, sharing a couple of provocative takes and setting a playful tone for the conversation.
